Founder, and currently adviser to, a charity that promotes volunteerism among professionals in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Chengdu.
- Built a dedicated team of over 30 full time paid staff, 300 volunteer project managers, and more than 40,000 active volunteers.
Developed 50 sustainable (local) program partnerships and implemented volunteer platforms with various the needs of local organizations.
- Designed, development, and managed 75 annual and 25 long-term foreign and domestic employee volunteer programs, including: GE, CISCO, IBM, UPS, Standard Chartered Bank, Vanke Property Development, Chengkai properties, Credit Suisse, Moody’s, B&Q, Starbucks Coffee, AXA, ANZ Bank, Thermo Scientific, Dow Chemical, and Philips.
- Successfully guided the licensing and localization processes for HandsOn Shanghai (registered in 2011) and HandsOn Chengdu (registered in 2014), and served as key advisor to HandsOn Hong Kong localization, licensing, fundraising, and board development.
- Oversaw the creation, development, and execution of 2010 and 2011 Make a Difference Day, resulting in more than 15,000 volunteer hours of community service.
